The recent Live Well Willoughby wellness and fitness event was a huge success! As a sponsor, it was a great opportunity to network with members of the community and share Process Technology's wellness initiatives and Team Member benefits. “I had a blast representing Process Technology. We were able to connect with over 100 people and share our various job opportunities. We highlighted the great benefits and onsite gym that our Mentor and Willoughby Team Members can utilize” said Shelby Pollock, Talent Management Coordinator.
Throughout the morning participants enjoyed the yoga session that took place in the park, a rigorous urban obstacle course, fitness classes, and a sound immersion session. Rebecca Arhar and Wendy Savot participated in the Urban Obstacle Course on behalf of Process Technology. According to Arhar, “The Team at The Bar Athletics was so helpful and encouraging! I am not a person who has done anything like this before and they helped me get through the obstacles. It was really great to have them there to motivate me when I felt like giving up. The obstacles were somewhat challenging but that made completing that much more satisfying”. Although it was more intense than expected, our team displayed Process Technology’s values by never giving up, communicating, and supporting each other. The 2021 Live Well Willoughby event provided a great opportunity to enjoy time outside with family, have an assortment of food, win prizes, and learn about the many opportunities for employment, wellness, and fitness offered by the community.
