More than 225 Process Technology Team Members gathered for the PT Paradise Picnic 2026 on Friday, July 10.
Team Members from the company’s Willoughby headquarters, Mentor manufacturing facility, and Mayfield power supply facility came together at Mentor Team Member Park for an afternoon of food, music, prizes, and time together.
The picnic provided an opportunity to celebrate Process Technology’s Team Members and recognize the important role they play in the company’s continued growth. Their hard work, dedication, and contributions throughout the year help drive Process Technology forward.
The afternoon featured food trucks, frozen treats, music, a selfie station, inflatables, giveaways, and the first PT Paradise Duck Raffle.
Each Team Member received a golden ticket matching one of more than 225 numbered ducks floating in a shallow pool. Ducks were selected throughout the event to determine the raffle winners, who chose from the available prizes.
At the end of the picnic, Team Members were invited to take home some of the remaining ducks, including the oversized “Big Duck” inflatable following a request from the crowd.
Each Team Member also received a Process Technology cap and beach ball.
Special thanks to Mike Talbert’s Maintenance Team, including Dustin Styzej, Mike Heimberger, and the entire crew, for preparing the site, transporting prizes and event materials, setting up the inflatables, keeping everything running smoothly, and maintaining the grounds throughout the event.
Additional thanks to Tracey Rock and Debra Reznak for coordinating vendor payments and to Mindy Marino’s team for assisting with deliveries.

The Paul Lazar family and Paninis Food Truck served wraps and more, with plenty of leftovers for Team Members to take home.

Aladdin Rents supplied and set up the tents, tables, and chairs.

Helping Hands Event Services created a festive environment and assisted throughout the event.
