The 3HX Series PTFE immersion heater is a high-performance 3 element heater designed for aggressive chemical applications. It offers exceptional chemical resistance and is compatible with virtually any chemistry. Featuring three low-watt-density elements, a built-in thermal protector, and a grounded element for safety, this heater provides reliable and long-lasting performance. The fluoropolymer (PTFE)-sleeved 304 stainless steel elements are inert to most solutions, while the corrosion-resistant head provides added durability. This three-phase 3 element PTFE heater operates at 1,000–6,000 watts and 120–600 volts, making it ideal for anodizing, precious metal deposition, electrochemical deposition, water treatment, and electropolishing.
