Process Technology Celebrates National Surface Finishing Day
Process Technology recently joined companies across the country in celebrating National Surface Finishing Day, an industry initiative led by the National Association for Surface Finishing (NASF) to recognize the essential role surface finishing plays in modern manufacturing.
Surface finishing processes—including electroplating, anodizing, and advanced coatings—are fundamental to industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical manufacturing, and semiconductor production. While these processes are often behind the scenes, they are critical for improving corrosion resistance, durability, conductivity, and overall product performance.
